Is there anywhere else I can buy your hats?

We custom design and manufacture all our hats, the Rainier Hat Co. website is the only place to buy them.

What is your return policy?

If you're not happy with your hat, reach out and let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.

How long does shipping take?

We ship by USPS within 1-2 business days of your order and shipping usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not yet ship internationally, but we hope to in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible at ian@rainierhatco.org if you need to change or cancel your order.

Are the hats adjustable?

Yes, our hats are a standard snapback style and are adjustable.

What materials are the hats made from?

The hat crown is 100% acrylic and the bill is cotton. We use acrylic because it's not only lightweight, durable, and retains its shape well, but also resistant to fading and easy to clean, making it perfect for everyday wear. Acrylic is also hypoallergenic, making them suitable for people with sensitivities to natural fibers.

How should I care for my embroidered hat?

We recommend spot cleaning your hat with a damp cloth and letting it air dry.

How do I know what size hat to order?

Our hats are standard adjustable snapbacks with one size fitting most.

Can I customize a hat with a specific national park?

We don't currently offer customization, but if there's a park you want, let us know at ian@rainierhatco.org!

Do you restock sold-out designs?

Yes! If anything is out of stock it should be back in shortly.

How do you ensure the quality of the embroidery?

We work closely with both our production partners and our manufacturers at every stage from design sign off to choosing colors and materials to an initial sample to make sure we're making something we're proud of - that said there will always be slight variations in the final product given the complexity and realisim we strive for in our designs.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

We don't have a loyalty or rewards program yet.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't offer gift wrapping at this time.
