Rainier Hat Co. ships from Seattle, Washington to anywhere within the United States via USPS.

Returns

If for any reason you're not happy with your hat please reach out to me personally at ian@rainierhatco.org and we'll do our best to make it right.

• To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in original condition within 30 days of your order.
• Items must be returned in original packaging or in a comparable box to not damage the items during return shipping.
• Once you initiate a return we'll email you a prepaid shipping label for you to use.
• Returns and exchanges typically take 1-2 weeks once we receive the items.
